NUTRIENT LEVELS IN YEAR OLD HAY

Leg problems in new born foals are created because of a lack of the correct Trace Minerals intake in Gestating Mares. When foals are born their level of trace minerals come from the level in the feed, fed to gestating mares. There is very little trace minerals transferred in the Mares Milk. Therefore the foals must be born with enough Trace Minerals to last them until they start eating feed with the correct trace mineral added as a supplement. Stamina Plus has developed those correct levels of Trace Mineral to be feed to gestation mares and weaned foals over the last 30 years in their Research facility. Stamina Plus’s Equine Supplement at three ounces per day provides those necessary levels of Trace Minerals along with the correct levels of all Vitamins. The take home message is to make sure your pregnant mare is receiving the correct levels of Trace Minerals and Vitamins daily.
