PSYLLIUM FOR HORSES

Stamina plus has been using Psyllium in their products for the past 30 years. Stamina Plus’s research along with others has shown that Psyllium helps with hindgut ulcers, repairs damaged intestinal mucosa, and helps treat and prevent sand colic. Stamina Plus adds Psyllium in their Complete pelleted Supplement and Immune Power Plus to be fed daily. In the research facility in Cody, Wyoming, a large number of horses with sand colic have been treated with the Fiber Plus product. The reason for testing for lead is that all Psyllium is imported and lead can be a problem and is toxic to horses.
